    Half-day Turkish Cooking Classes for individuals and groups

    It's time to roll up your sleeves and put on a Cooking Alaturka apron! No food lover's visit to Istanbul is complete without the enriching culinary adventure of a hands-on Turkish cooking class. Our classes are fun and designed to provide a fulfilling cultural experience in just one morning or afternoon.

    Courses are given by Cordon Bleu graduate Eveline Zoutendijk and her Turkish Chef Feyzi Yıldırım.

    Class Features: We prepare 5 typical Turkish dishes in groups of 6 to 10 people. We makeOttoman classics, regional specialities and home-cooking favorites. Classes are conducted in English, unless requested otherwise. For those interested in more than one class, we have plenty of menus in our cooking repertoire. We don't provide separate cooking stations, conviviality is key! We divide the simple chopping tasks but everyone gets to practice the main preparation steps of each dish.
